An affirmation is an organic declaration that revamps or alters your beliefs and helps you move closer to your life goals. For any affirmation to work , they need to be stated and constructed in positive present continuous tense .
An affirmation is rehashed and a vocally spoken proclamation. However, you can engage all other sub modalities such as – Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory and Gustatory to make your affirmations come alive.
