An affirmation is an organic declaration that revamps or alters your beliefs and helps you move closer to your life goals. For any affirmation to work , they need to be stated and constructed in positive present continuous tense .

An affirmation is rehashed and a vocally spoken proclamation. However, you can engage all other sub modalities such as – Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory and Gustatory to make your affirmations come alive.

Some examples of daily affirmations from Louis hay’s book “Power Thoughts: 365 Daily Affirmations”are:

  • All is well in my world. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe!
  • It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
  • The point of power is always in the present moment.
  • Every thought we think is creating our future.
  • I am in the process of positive change.
  • I am comfortable looking in the mirror, saying, “I love you, I really love you.”
  • It is safe to look within.
  • I forgive myself and set myself free.
  • As I say yes to life, life says yes to me.
  • I now go beyond other people’s fears and limitations.
  • I am Divinely guided and protected at all times.

If you are able to affirm positive affirmations, repeat it diligently the message gets accepted by your subconscious mind and gets manifested easily..
