
When you begin meditation of any kind you begin to de-stress and regain balance in life!
Below is a sample method to condition yourself to attract wealth!
- Find a comfortable spot where there is zero distraction. Sit comfortably on the chair with your feet resting on the ground.
- Take 8 deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling to a count of 8 each time. As you do this, imagine all the tensions dissipating from your body with each exhalation to a count of 8 each time. Imagine the stress is being sucked out your entire body from every cell in your body from the crown of your head till the tip of your toe .
- When you are fully relaxed, imagine your body is glistening and filled with a warm blue light, Continue to be become aware of this light for another few minutes, now slowly imagine the exact amount of money you would like to see as your bank balance. Keep the number static and stick to the same amount every time you do this exercise.
- Allow yourself to see the life you will experience as you have achieved this financial goal. See what you would see, hear what you would hear, feel what you would feel , smell the money by holding it in your hand.
Practice this meditation twice everyday, right after you wake up in the morning and right before you sleep.
